When Shane and Maxine Kelly sought a new career path in the 1990s, their focus on family and relationships led them to become certified carers. Identifying a need for localized care, they launched After-Care in 1999, specializing in homecare packages and in-home support services in Melbourne from their Rye residence. Today, After-Care is a pillar in the community, known for its commitment to quality in-home care and strong client focus. Shane and Maxine continue to lead their team, maintaining the core values that define their service on the Mornington Peninsula.
