Getting in and out of a regular vehicle can be a little difficult if you have a disability.

After-Care offer vehicles for disability transport and aged care transport to make your trip as comfortable as possible. To transport one person or small groups, After-Care have the vehicles and trained carers to help make the journey easy.

What is Busta?

Busta is our latest vehicle, purchased specifically to deliver school holiday programs for children with disabilities. Here are Busta’s credentials:

• Licensed to carry 11 passengers plus driver
• Fully air-conditioned for comfort
• Side doors for easy and safe access
• Fitted with an automated step on side door to improve access
• Vinyl wrapped to delight children and adults alike

The WURM

What is The Wurm?

The Wurm is a Nissan Cube, allowing the driver to comfortably transport

• A single person wheelchair with one companion
• One adult and two children
• Two adults

With an adjustable hydraulic wheelchair ramp and hydraulic suspension, The Wurm offers easy access and a very smooth ride. The suspension can be lowered to make entry effortless. The Wurm is ideal for access to venues where parking is limited to smaller vehicles.

Our trained personal carer/driver will ensure that you arrive on time and in comfort for your next appointment.

The GODFATHER

What is The Godfather?

For wheelchair users, The Godfather is a specialised non-emergency vehicle available as a cost-effective alternative to Multi-Purpose Taxis.

This vehicle comes with a trained personal carer/driver who can assist you ‘door to door’. The Godfather offers flexible transport for people traveling to medical appointments in Frankston, Monash Medical Centre or Melbourne where the traveller needs help at their destination to find the right department, or to carry and collect papers and other documents. It is also great for drop offs and pickups from the airport where the passenger needs assistance to collect their baggage or to check in.

In addition, The Godfather is also available for;

• Collecting and filling prescriptions
• Trips to and from Residential Respite
• Shopping and banking
