After-Care is currently seeking compassionate & qualified Personal Carers to support older people and those with a disability to stay living in their own home. After-Care doesn’t just employ PCA’s or “Support Workers”, we employ people who care!

We offer competitive hourly rates, starting at $40.66 per hour for casual positions, with permanent part-time options at $32.53 per hour (inclusive of paid holiday and sick leave). Applicants need to demonstrate the following:

• A kind and caring nature
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of people whose support needs vary
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends or any combination of these hours
• Willing to obtain a NDIS Worker’s Screening Check
• Valid First Aid & CPR training
• Current driver’s licence and own a reliable vehicle
• Experience helping older people or children/adults with a disability (or willingness to learn)
• Applicants with qualifications in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support are preferred
• Trainee applicants will be offered a Traineeship in Individual Support
